Board Governance is at the forefront of Board Service. In order to be authentic in the execution of our sorority’s principles and mission, we must begin at home by developing a member-driven strategic plan that aligns with our principles and mission and by executing on that plan while being accountable and modeling best in practice fiduciary responsibilities. As an elected officer of the International Executive Board, with your support, we will:
Advance the important work of carrying out the Sorority’s Mission, the Sorority’s Vision and developing the Sorority’s Strategic Plan*.

Be an active and reliable champion of personal and collective responsibility and accountability;
Honor and be active in my fiduciary responsibility as a board member.
Keep my commitment to the Sisterhood to serve with honor and integrity and in truth, and to put Zeta First; promoting the value of our principles, Brand Zeta and Zeta membership.
Leverage my external professional expertise in Global Leadership, Non-Profit Leadership and Board Governance, to support and protect Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated.
Together, we will cultivate a culture steeped in excellence, a culture that honors our greatest traditions and the rich legacy of our Founders; one that will empower Zetas to RISE to higher heights now and future generations. Together we will Advance multi-dimensional growth by 5% each year through collaborative, innovative and transformational recruitment, retention, reclamation, and recognition initiatives.

MANAGEMENT & REPORTING
Enhance and standardize chapter membership management; metrics, performance, reporting, and recognition
TRAINING & RESOURCES
Standardized training, embellishment, tools, resources and support needed for members and local First Vice Presidents, Membership Coordinators and Membership Committees to successfully execute their duties and responsibilities.
Streamline and standardize the member transfer process.
Sponsor nationally branded membership events.
Advance the use of technology to its full potential to enhance the membership experience through the Zeta Management System (ZMS) and MIP e-learning platform.
